Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you and do the work, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you share — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, website and message. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and audits, deliver the work you hire us for, send invoices, and keep the records the law requires. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are stored in our own customer management system on a secured server we operate. Project files may also be kept in the tools we use to deliver your work, such as email and cloud storage.
Who we share it with
No one, except where needed to deliver your project (for example, a printer or hosting provider you've approved) or where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except records we must keep by law. Write to wecare@graaphix.com.
