Terms of service
The terms that apply when you work with Graaphix. Your written quote sets out the specific scope, price and timeline for your project.
1. Quotes and scope
Published prices are starting points for the scope described. Before any work starts, you receive a written quote with the scope, price and delivery date. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.
2. Payments
Under ₹20,000: 50% to start, 50% on approval, before final files. ₹20,000 and above: 40% to start, 30% at the review stage, 30% at handover.
3. Revisions
Two structured rounds of feedback are included. Further changes or new scope are billed at ₹800 an hour, agreed beforehand.
4. Timelines
Design work: 3–5 working days. Websites and software: 3–25 working days depending on size. 48-hour rush: +30%.
5. Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, WhatsApp API, AI usage and software seats are in your name and billed at cost. 0% markup.
6. Ownership
Full rights to the work and all editable files and source code on final payment.
7. Taxes
Prices are in Indian rupees, with taxes extra as applicable. International clients can be billed in USD.
8. Your materials
You confirm you have the right to use the content, logos, photos and data you give us. We're not responsible for claims arising from material you supply.
9. Results
We do our best work to help your business grow, but we can't guarantee specific sales, rankings or leads, which depend on many things outside our control.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We're not liable for indirect losses or for outages of third-party services such as hosting, WhatsApp or payment gateways.
11. Portfolio
Unless you ask us not to, we may show finished work in our portfolio. We never show confidential information.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
